Cartography

I have been drawing maps since I was 15, when I first encountered Dungeons & Dragons. I began with a simple map layout of continents, filled with cities and races and stories. From there it has developed into lots of time and energy spent developing huge cities, world maps, and topographical maps of islands and other interesting places.

I drew this map for a friend as a gift, to fully visualise their D&D world. It was a learning experience, as there are things that I know now to avoid, and others to focus on. But overall I really enjoyed getting the feel for the different landscapes and interesting geography of this map.
